Our most efficient program helps sellers of their units who are in a negative equity position in your Boat/RV. Maybe you are going thru a change of life (growing family), change in job or income, or maybe you are just looking to upgrade and your Boat/RV is just not selling. We can help! Alternative Financing - Take Over Payments

Thank you for your interest in doing business with United Marine & Aircraft Group LLC. We are the standard in creating a partnership with the Seller and you, the buyer, where you are willing to take over the Seller’s payments. As a buyer with good, bad, or bruised credit, you can take over the sellers existing loan payments and do not have to worry about paying up front taxes, registration fees, or any additional hidden fees.

This is a very quick process

You pay a management fee of ten to fifteen percent and place three payments in escrow for security. These payments are used for your last three payments or refunded back to you if financing is obtained before the end of the contract period. The contract terms can range anywhere from 24 - 48 months or more depending on where your credit stands today, and how long you will need to provide a track record in order to obtain your own financing. During the term of the contract we stay in contact with you and assist with improving your credit score so that you may be able to obtain bank financing by the end of the contract term. Once you have obtain financing, then title is transferred to you.

The only other responsibilities you will have to take possession are a binder of insurance and any shipping/transportation costs unless you pick up the unit. We also can help with both and will assist you however you would like us to get your boat to you.

Our process is simple

Our process is very simple and you are in total control of what boat you want to purchase. The sooner we have authorization from you, the sooner we can get a Boat/RV for you.

  1. The Buyer completes the Good Faith Deposit form and the Credit Application.
  2. We find the Boat/RV from our inventory and contact the seller to confirm that the unit is still available. We send you complete specifications, monthly payment and the payoff amount.
  3. Once you have indicated that you would like to precede further, our underwriting department steps in and qualifies you.
  4. Once our underwriting department approves your application, United Marine & Aircraft Group LLC will coordinate the survey and/or inspections – however you would like to proceed. All inspections performed are paid for by the Buyer.
  5. We draw up a partnership Contract between you and the seller and set up the monthly payment process.
  6. We manage the payment process outlined in the Contract. We stay in constant communication with you, the Buyer, and the Seller. During this period, we give you loan information and assist you with increasing your credit score to meet the current lenders qualifications.
