Our Process Is Simple
The sooner we have the preliminary information completed, the sooner we can get you in the air. Our process follows the following steps.
- The Buyer completes an initial financial questionnaire to demonstrate the size of monthly payment that can be handled and the ability to pay off the lease at the end of the term.
- Once you pass this pre-qualification, our expert sales associate will gather the aircraft and avionics you require for your flying situation.
- Once an aircraft has been identified and located, a due diligence check is performed on the aircraft. We begin with initial talks with the seller, gain copies of log books, begin title search and damage history checks and schedule the pre-buy inspection.
- At this point, the financial paper work is completed for final approval for the pre-buy contact. Our Sales Associate coordinates the aircraft inspections with you.
- Once you have signed the pre-buy contract, we assist with the negotiation for the purchase price. This is where our experience shines. We know the market and understand value when we see it. The equipment aboard is just as important as the aircraft itself.
- After the price has been agreed to by all parties, the paper work is executed and closing documentation is generated. This includes; the "Bill of Sale", registration forms, closing procedures with the escrow company, confirms any registration changes and obtaining getting you temporary registration.
- If need be, after closing, United Marine & Aircraft Group LLC will arrange all final ferry of newly purchased aircraft to the airport of your choosing.
For our foreign clients, we will; schedule export certificates procedures, schedule the an annual inspection, schedule and when needed, export documents and de-registration of the aircraft, arrange all ferry or container shipping procedures and confirm all shippers export procedures have been completed.
